Ace35 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "ace35") is an online betting and gaming platform operating under the ace35.im domain. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ace35 and all of its registered members.

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Misuse of the bonus system or deliberate bonus abuse
• Threatening or harassing other users or ace35 staff

Ace35 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• For violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false or incomplete information
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification (KYC) process
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• In compliance with court orders or regulatory authority directives

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and the closure is not due to a rule violation, that balance will be refunded.

Ace35 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Any loss resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to follow the rules
